• All Live Casino games are broadcast via live video stream from professional casino studios. ppclub99 is not responsible for streaming disruptions caused by the user's internet quality.
• In the event that connection lost during gameplay, ppclub99 will make decisions based on recorded system logs. Users may not claim bet cancellation solely on the grounds of a connection disruption.

Players whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to reclaim any bonuses, promotional credits, or funds associated with the offending activity.
